- Registration: from 8:00 a.m.

- Cocktail: The Club will offer a cocktail at the prize-giving ceremony
- Categories: 3 categories with 3 prizes each, plus Scratch prize
- Special Prizes: Longest drive & Closest to the pin
Digital Scorecard: A digital scorecard will be used during the tournament, accessible via a link sent to each player's email in advance.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are free of charge when made up to 48 hours before the tournament date.
Categories may be reduced according to the number of participants.
Photography Notice: During the tournament and prize ceremony, a photographic report will be made and published on social networks and the club's website. By registering, players accept the use of these images.
Note: We do not do games of 4 friends.
Scorecards: Delivery of scorecards will be digital after the end of the competition.
Local Rules

- Will apply the Conditions of the Competition and Local Permanent Rules of the R.F.E.G. Edition 2019 and the following additional Local Rules. These local rules replace those on the score cards.
- Out of Limits: Marked with fences, stakes, or lines.
- Ground Under Repair: Areas marked with blue stakes or lines, seams of cut turf (Model Local Rule F-7), and French drains.
- Protection of Young Trees and New Plants: All trees with tutors and newly planted areas: drop without penalty at the nearest point.
- Integral Parts of the Course: All paths except those of cement, brick, concrete, or plywood, where drop is without penalty.
- Movable Obstructions: Stones in bunkers (Rule 24-1 applies).
- Distance Meter: Use of distance meter is allowed (Rule 14.3).
- Water Obstacles: Marked with yellow stakes; lateral water with red stakes.

Course Markings

- White: 200 meters to the front of the green
- Yellow: 150 meters to the front of the green
- Red: 100 meters to the front of the green
- Blue: 50 meters to the front of the green

Time of Play: 4 hours and 30 minutes. Each team has a limited time for each round, not to exceed this time.
Penalty for infraction of the local rules: 2 strokes.
