Reservation Conditions:

1. Reservations, Modifications, Cancellations, and No-shows: All reservations, modifications, and cancellations must be made in writing via email to reservasgolf@valleromano.es. Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 5 days in advance. Failure to comply will result in 100% of the indicated price being charged.
2. Important: Reservations for groups of 6 or 9 players may be completed by other players to form four-balls.
3. The Junior Rate applies to players up to and including 18 years of age, and valid proof of birth date (e.g., ID) is required.
4. Bar and Restaurant are open, with quick halfway access also available. The maximum time allowed in the restaurant during your round is 10 minutes.
5. The renter acknowledges and accepts the following terms and conditions regarding the use of the rental vehicle:
   1. Damage and Theft: The renter is responsible for any damage to or theft of the rental vehicle, including the loss or theft of parts and accessories, while it is in their possession, unless covered by insurance or additional protection plans purchased at the time of rental.
   2. Accidents and Violations: The renter assumes full responsibility for any infractions or penalties incurred during the rental period. In the event of an accident involving third-party property or individuals, the renter must immediately report the incident to the rental company and the relevant authorities. The renter is responsible for any damages not covered by the included insurance policy.
   3. Vehicle Return: The renter must return the vehicle in the same condition it was provided, aside from normal wear and tear. Failure to return the vehicle on the agreed-upon date or in a damaged state may result in additional fees.
6. Practice Area Schedule: Open from 08:00 hrs. Available facilities include the driving range, putting green, and chipping green. Tokens can be purchased directly from the machine using contactless payment. Visitors may use these facilities up to 60 minutes before their tee time.

Observations:
1.- Players must arrive 45 minutes before their reserved tee time and check in at the golf reception located inside the clubhouse (proshop).

2.- The course marshal has absolute authority to enforce all rules.
3.- The Club reserves the right to add 1 or more players to form a group of four.
4.- Players must carry their handicap certificates to present to staff if needed. A maximum handicap of 36 for women and 28 for men is required. Higher handicaps are subject to availability.
5.- Buggy use is shared according to tee time occupancy and grouping. Buggies can be reserved in advance with direct payment at the Pro-Shop.
6.- Buggies may circulate on the fairways (subject to course conditions and maintenance).
7.- Tee times are at 10-minute intervals.

8.- Locker rooms: Lockers are available at no additional cost for golf players.
